Refund policy

Since everything in our store is handmade with love to order, Ruff Ruff Ruby cannot accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours of placing your order. If you have an issue with the order you placed or placed it multiple times in error, please contact us at ruffrubyruff@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will get this resolved for you. 

We also do not accept returns for refunds. If you have any sizing issues with your order, please contact us within 72 hours to exchange it for the correct size. Personalized items (name added, etc.) can not be refunded or exchanged, so please double-check the size charts listed under each item before placing an order.
